What is recorded

A counter runs on this site's own address rather than a third party's. On each page view it records the page, the site, the referring address if a browser sent one, the language the browser reports and the width of the window. It also generates a random identifier that exists for the length of that one page view and is discarded when the tab closes, which exists so a second signal can be tied to the first and for no other reason.

That second signal fires once, the first time a pointer moves, a finger touches the screen, a key is pressed or the page is scrolled. It reports nothing about what was touched. Its only purpose is to separate readers from automated crawlers, which pass every other test a server can apply and do not scroll.

When a bookmaker link is used, the hand-off page records which bookmaker and which page the click came from. That is how the commission side of this site is reconciled, and it carries no identifier for the reader.

What is not recorded

• No name, email address, phone number or payment detail is asked for anywhere on this site.
• No advertising network runs here and no profile is built for one.
• No data collected here is sold, shared or exchanged.
• No cookie is set for advertising or for tracking a reader between visits.

What happens after you leave

A bookmaker's own site is not this one, and once a reader arrives there they are under that operator's terms and its own privacy policy. This site has no visibility into anything that happens after the hand-off and no ability to affect it. An account opened at a bookmaker is a relationship with that bookmaker.
